Pepper Crusted Salmon

Ingredients: 

4 6-oz salmon fillets
4 T soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced and mashed to a paste
4 t fresh lemon juice
2 t sugar
8 t coarsely ground pepper
4 T olive oil


  1. In a baggie, combine soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and sugar well. Add salmon, coating well and let marinade in fridge 30 min.
  2. Remove salmon from bag, discarding marinade, and pat dry. Press 2 t of pepper into each salmon, coating thoroughly.
  3. In a heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking; saute salmon 2 min on each side or until it just flakes
