Ingredients: 

2 flax eggs (2 T ground flaxseed mixed with 6 T water)
2 cups GF oat flour (ground oats)
1/2 cup almond meal
1 T baking powder
1/23cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups strong coffee
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
