Notes: 

This can be used for chicken pieces too. It works exceptionally well for cheaper cuts of pork with fat and bone. Be sure to clook slowly over a lower heat and watch. The honey can cause the meat to char easily.

1/2 cup honey
1 whole lemon
2 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons mincedonion (I always use green onion)
2 Tablespoon dry sherry
1 Tablespoon powdered ginger
salt
pepper
