Pizza Dough


2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 cup luke warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Garlic and Italian seasoning as desired
3 to 4 cups of flour

Dissolve yeast in the water. Add in oil, salt and seasonings. Mix in flour. Knead for several minutes. Allow to rest and rise for about an hour. Stretch or roll to shape. Top and bake at 425°.
