Ingredients: 

Dough:
4 cups (1l) flour
1/2 cup (1,20dl) oil
1 cup (2,4dl) cold water
1 tsp salt
Filling:
3 large potatoes, boiled
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp water
16 ounces (450g) cottage cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
