Pork Chops with Scalloped Corn

Ingredients: 

4 pork rib chops
salt and pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
3/4 cup coarsely crushed cracker crumbs
milk
3 Tablespoon mustard
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon minced onion


  1. Brown chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  2. Drain liquid from corn
  3. Add enough milk to make 1 cup.
  4. Stir together corn, crackers, milk mixture, mustard, egg, sugar, and onion.
  5. Spoon into 1 1/2 or 2 quart shallow casserole. Place browned chops on top of corn mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
