Ingredients: 

1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter, cut into pats
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 1/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast, SAF Gold instant yeast preferred
grated peel (zest) of 1 medium lemon
2 large eggs + 1 large egg yolk, white reserved
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
