Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Fingers

2 eggs
¼ cup plain, unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
pinch salt
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into tenders
1 10-ounce bag potato chips, crushed (see NOTES for brand recommendations)
1½ teaspoons dried dill
1½ teaspoons paprika
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
pinch salt
non-stick oil spray or oil mister
