Ingredients: 

1/2 gallon ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
4 T. brandy
4 T. Dark cream de cacoa
(add Hershey's chocolate syrup to give color, especially to vanilla ice cream and also to choc. ice
cream to give a more chocolate flavor)


Blend with an electric mixer and serve in a stem glass and sprinkle with chocolate malt on top. Or freeze as a dessert. Unfrozen as a drink.
