3 tablespoons chia seeds (divided in half)
1/4 cup+ pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2-3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
1 ripe pear
