1 tsp miso paste
1/4 cup chopped baked tofu
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tbs shredded carrots
a few generous squirts of sriracha
1/2 cup cooked noodles
a few sprigs of spinach
2 tbs chopped green onion
1/4 tsp salt
