1 rôti à l’ardennaise (boucherie Colruyt)
200 g d' épinards frais
2 échalotes
1 éclat d' ail
80 g de parmesan râpé
1 c. à soupe de beurre
250 g de riz pour risotto
515 ml de crème de champignon (boîte)
4 c. à soupe de vin blanc sec
1 c. à soupe d' huile d'olive
sel et poivre
