Raisin Pecan Breakfast Bread

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 c raisins, soaked in warm water
1 1/4 c chopped pecans, toasted
1 pkg yeast
2 c warm water
1 egg
2 T canola oil
1 1/2 t salt
1/3 c plus 3 T brown sugar
1/2 c wheat germ
1/4 c ground flaxseed
2 c whole wheat flour
1 T ground cinnamon
2-3 c bread flour
