Get Started - 100% free to try - join in 30 seconds*If you do not have a dehydrator, you can soak the almonds and seeds without dehydrating them, just know that the texture will be more soft than crunchy. I try to make life easier by keeping my pantry stocked with soaked/dehydrated nuts and seeds of all kinds. Soaking is ideal whether you dehydrate or not, in order to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors and activate digestive enzymes for proper nutrient assimilation. Of course, you can bypass all of these extra steps if you’d like and just use raw almonds.
1/4 cup of soaked and dehydrated raw almonds*
1/2 cup of soaked and dehydrated raw sunflower seeds*
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp mellow white miso (optional, make sure it’s gluten-free if you have sensitivities)
1 large, chopped organic carrot
1 small handful of fresh, organic parsley leaves
1 Tbsp chopped organic white onion
1/4 tsp Nama Shoyu (do not use if you have gluten sensitivity)
1 tsp fresh, organic lemon juice
