If you feel lazy, you can just use melted dark and white chocolate, or chocolate chips, but I made mine from scratch using cocoa butter. I made dark, white and tahini chocolate.
For the dark chocolate, I combined some melted cocoa butter with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. I made the white chocolate by combining cocoa butter, powdered sugar and a little bit of coconut oil. For the tahini chocolate, I combined some tahini with cocoa butter and powdered sugar. Then I poured a little from each mixture into the molds and made these beautiful marble designs.
1/3 cup of cocoa butter
3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of tahini or other nut butter
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of coconut oil – optional
For the dark chocolate: Add some of the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder to the cocoa butter and mix everything well.
For the white chocolate: Add some of the sugar and the coconut oil to the cocoa butter and whisk them well.
For the tahini chocolate: Mix the cocoa butter with the tahini and the rest of the sugar.
Since the melted cocoa butter is runnier than the melted chocolate, I advise you to let it cool down a bit before you start pouring it into the molds.
Drop a little from each chocolate mixture into the mold and use a toothpick to stir lightly to create this marble effect.
Let the chocolates cool down in the fridge or freezer.
