1 cup butter divided
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk divided
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

3 Tbsp. butter softened
2 Tbsp. milk more if needed to reach desired consistency
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar more if needed to reach desired consistency
1/2 tsp. vanilla
