Red Curry

Notes:

Ingredients: 

4 tbsp vege oil
1 kg chicken (chopped)
2 cm ginger (finely slice)
10 cloves red onions (finely chopped)
100 g bawang Bombay (chopped)
2x red chilli (slice)
700g potatoes (cubed)
700g tofu skin
1 tbsp vinegar

= Bumbu =
6x candlenut
2 cloves garlic
1 cm turmeric
20 dry cayenne pepper
2 sticks lemongrass
2 cm young galangal (finely slice)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp salt
