I picked up some Whole Foods (365) brand corn flakes, thinking they'd be gluten free. Unforuntately they include 'barley malt extract', which contains gluten...though often so little as to be considered gluten free...i'm going to avoid this ingredient.
So, I had to get inventive in the kitchen again, using a crumbled rice cake for cereal.
Tips: Add cashews or peanuts for extra crunch, protein, and good fat
Add ground flax seeds or ground psyllium husk for extra fiber and flavor
Sweeten with agave nectar
