1 tablespoon Harissa (Tunisian hot chili sauce)
1 head cauliflower, separated into bite-sized florets
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 sweet onion, sliced thin

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ cup loosely packed, finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
½ cup loosely packed, finely chopped fresh cilantro
