Roasted pumpkin and apple soup

Ingredients: 

1/2 jap pumpkin, de-seeded and cut into thick wedges
3 apples, cored and quartered
olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 inch ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs lemon juice
2 cups water (or more if you would prefer a thinner soup)
Plenty of salt and pepper to season
Natural yoghurt and chives to serve
