Ingredients: 

2 tablespoons tahini
the juice of 1 lemon (2 tablespoons)
1 can (14 oz- 400 grams) chickpeas (or 2 cups cooked chickpeas) drained and rinsed
1 medium roasted red pepper (about 1/2 cup)
2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
2-4 tablespoons water
