Ingredientes (4p)
400 gr de lomo de salmón (no rodajas) sin piel ni espinas, que habremos tenido congelado 48 horas a -20º.
4 cucharadas de salsa de soja
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1500 gr de agua
4 cucharadas soperas de mayonesa
1/2 cucharadita de café de pasta de wasabi
