Fish - 1.2kg
Kaffir Lime Leaves - 6 pieces
Coconut milk - 500g
Oil (for frying fish floss)

Lemon grass - 4 stalks
Blue Ginger - 4 slices
Shallots - 40 cloves
Garlic - 2 cloves
Red Chilli - 8 pieces
Pepper - 1 tsp
Candlenut - 12pieces
Tumeric Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 6 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
