Sayur Manis Vernicelli

Ingredients: 

Sayur manis - 3 cups
Vernicelli - 2 medium bowls
salt - to taste
eggs - 3x
onions - slice thinly
minced garlic - 2 tbsp
light soy sauce


  1. soak vernicelli in boiling water for few minutes
  2. saute garlic + onions until fragrant
  3. stir fry eggs
  4. add in vernicelli + sayur manis & stir fry
  5. add salt + light soy sauce
