Ingredients: 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, roasted or sautéed and diced
2 (10 oz.) packages puff pastry shells
3 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 bunch broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups half-and-half
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
