Cottage and ricotta cheeses stall me so I've had to try to find hot cereal recipes without them (not that their legal for induction anyway). The result was the best low carb hot cereal I've tried to date. This makes one huge servings or two smaller ones. I ate the whole thing as I was pretty hungry after not feeling well the previous day and only eating 800 calories.
1 jumbo egg
1 bag shirataki noodles (any shape)
2 T whey protein powder
2 T ground flax seed
1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
pinch of salt
few drops of liquid sucralose
