Simple Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients: 

-2 boneless chicken filets
-3 cups uncooked enriched white rice
-3 stocks green onion
-2-3 eggs
-1 clove garlic
-fish sauce (add to taste)
-soy sauce (add to taste)
-1/3 yellow onion chopped finely
-salt and pepper
-chopped carrot (optional)
-vegetable or sesame oil for frying


  1. chop your green onion, garlic, and yellow onion.
  2. cut into strips and saute chicken in seperate pan until cooked. (set aside when cooked)
  3. bring rice to a boil (follow cooking time). (set aside when cooked)
  4. heat wok or deep pan and add garlic, yellow and green onion and carrot to oil and saute until lightly browned and softened.
  5. add chicken in with vegetables and add additional oil and sauce for saute.
  6. add in cooked rice and saute on lower temperature adding additional sauces and seasonings to suite your own taste.
