Ingredients: 

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 = cup Buffalo wing sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
12 oz rigatoni, cooked and drained as directed on package
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
