Ingredients: 

2 cups warm water, 100 degrees to 110 degrees
1 tablespoon sugar + 2 tablespoons
1 packet active dry yeast (2 & 1/4 teaspoons)
5 to 6 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil
1/4 cup baking soda
1 large egg + 1 egg for egg wash
Sesame Seeds (or course salt/pretzel salt)
