Southwest Chicken and Couscous

Ingredients: 

1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
1 package (9 oz) frozen cooked chicken breast
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked couscous
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
cumin, chili, and southwest spice, to taste
