In another pan, boil peas. When almost done boil the cauliflower to them. Let boil. Drain when done.
You may also add EGG to the recipe. And sweet corn.
In a dish add the peas, cauliflower, cut chicken, egg,spinach. Top with white sauce. Add some shredded cheddar. Bake at 200. Enjoy.
