Spring Rice & Peanuts Krispies

Ingredients: 

= BASE =
8 cups cooked brown rice (long grain)
1 teaspoon sea salt

3 cups peanuts
1 cup toasted sesame seeds

= ORIGINAL =
2 cups rice **
3/4 cup maltose (麦芽糖)
Spray oil as needed
¼ cup filtered water

= MATCHA =
2 cups rice **
3/4 cup maltose
spray oil
1/2 cup matcha tea

= Raspberry =
2 cups rice **
1/2 cup maltose
spray oil
1 cup raspberry juice

= Blueberry =
2 cups rice **
1/3 cup maltose
1/3 cup honey
spray oil
1 cup blueberry juice


  1. Heating maltose in pan until melted
  2. Spray cup with oil & then pour maltose into cup
  3. Spray oil over trays
  4. Mix rice + nuts (+ matcha/syrup) & spread over trays
  5. Pour maltose over the tray
  6. Bake under medium heat for 6min
  7. Keep in fridge to let it firm
