Stacked Enchiladas

Notes: 

1. Dipping tortillas made them fall apart. Spooned on top
2. Without dipping, tortillas remain a little dry so either add a lot more sauce in general or put more ingredients
on each layer and make the stack not as high
3. Meat was a little dry and flavorless as well - consider mixing some sauce with meat before stacking

Ingredients: 

2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, divided
1 T Chopped canned chipotle chilies
16 (6-in.) corn tortillas
1 c. chopped green onions, divided
2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 ½ c. grated monterey jack cheese, packed
½ c. crumbled feta cheese
Diced tomato
Diced avocado
