1.5 Tbsp Yellow musters
1 tsp Spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Extra hot horseradish
1.5 tsp Dill relish
3 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Place eggs in pot of cold water. Add 1/2 tsp salt to water. Eat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let sit for 20 min. 2. Drain hot water and cover with ice water. Let sit for 5 min. 3. Peel and dry eggs 4. Slice in half and put yolks in plastic bag. 5. Lay white sides on serving tray. 6. Add all ingredients except paprika to plastic bag. Mix and top white halves with yellow mixture. 7. Garnish each with a pinch of paprika.
