12 heaping tsp rice, uncooked
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
salt & pepper to taste
optional: a handful of each or a bit from all: crushed walnuts, slivered almonds, whole pine nuts, boiled seafood: crab, shrimp, clams, etc.
