4 large cans Princella sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 cup + brown sugar
Orange juice to taste
Drain liquid from potatoes.
Mash with electric mixer.
Add melted butter, sugar, & OJ to taste.
Bake at 350, uncovered, about 1 hour (until hot).
Cover top with mini marshmallows.
Put foil under baking dish & bake until marshmallows are melted.
