4 cups Oil for deep fried
MARINATE
1 tsp Salt
Some sesame oil & pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
SEASONING
3 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Chilli sauce
2 tbsp White rice vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
300 ml Water
Mix spare rib with marinate for 30 mins
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Pour seasoning into wok, add in spare rib & bring to boil. Lower the heat & simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Dish up & s serve.
