1 loaf Panettone bread (1.5 - 2 lb), cut into 1 inch cubes
7 large eggs
1 1/2 C whipping cream
2 1/2 whole milk
1 C sugar
Sauce:
1/2 C whipping cream
1/2 C whole milk
3 T sugar
1/4 C amaretto liqueur or 1 tsp almond extract, or 1/4 C spiced rum
2 tsp cornstarch
