TEX-MEX Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
4 cups chicken broth
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed an drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 ounces queso fresco, crumbled (can use shredded sharp cheddar as a substitute)
8 lime wedges
