Thanksgiving Stuffing

Notes: 

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients: 

1 C celery
1/2 C onion
1/3 C butter
1 t sage
1/4 t black pepper
8 C dry bread cubes
3/4-1 C chicken broth


  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. In skillet, cook celery and onion in hot butter over meedium heat until veggies are tender but not brown; remove from heat. Stir in parsley and pepper.
  3. Place bread cubes in large bowl; add onion mixture and drizzle with enough broth to moisten. Toss lightly to combine.
  4. Spread stuffing evently in 2 qt casserole dish. Bake 30-45 min until heated through.
