Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients: 

pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp salt per 3/4 cup water


 

1. Wash and remove strings from pumpkin seeds.  Soak seeds in salted water
overnight.  Drain, then place seeds in a low baking pan for about 20 minutes
or until golden brown.
