1/2 block firm tofu
100g Louisiana river shrimps
Handful spring onions
Handful Ciliantro
Black & white sesames
Dressing:
Juice of 1/2 lime
Sesame oil
White aceto balsamico vinegar
Soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Japanese 7 spices (optional)
1. Cut the tofu in small cubes, wipe off excess liquid.
2. Cut the avocado into cubes, place into big mixing bowl, squeeze in lime juice. Then add in the tofu cubes.
3. Drain off any liquid from the river shrimps, and add into mixing bowl.
4. Add in the remaining ingredients of the dressing. Toss well and transfer to serving bowl.
Serve immediately.
Would be great to use as one of the tapas.
