Tomato Basil Soup with Chicken

1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings
½ 15.5-ounce can no-salt-added navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup cooked chicken breast meat
2 ounces baby spinach
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
