1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs (or as needed)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
