Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder, double acting
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, softened at room temperature (1/2 a stick)
1/4 cup light cream
