Ultimate Turkey Burger

Ground Turkey Meat
Fresh Thyme, minced
Chives or Scallions, minced
Kosher salt
Pepper, to taste

  1. Combine turkey, thyme, chives, salt, and pepper and mix lightly
  2. Form patties
  3. Place on hot grill
  4. After a minute, flip to get a sear on both sides
  5. Place a pad of butter on each burger
  6. Turkey is lean but must be well done.  Remove after 6 - 10 minutes.  Burgers will cook for a while after being removed.  The butter adds moisture so you'll always have a tasty b

Tips:  This turkey burger came out so flavorful, it tasted like sausage, in a good way. Serve with something involved cranberries. Great for people doing paleo or gluten free.
