3-5 lb. beef roast (elk/buffalo works well with this recipe)
1 package of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup package mix
1 package of Ranch Dressing mix
2 tbsp. of flour
2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 lb. bag of baby carrots
3-4 large potatoes cut up in 2x2in. to be added to the pot towards the end of the cooking
2 cups of water
2 tbsp. of oil for browning meat slightly
