Notes: 

I suggest you use whole wheat pastry flour and brown sugar because it gives it a better consistency and makes them healthy and high in fiber so you don't have to feel bad about eating the whole batch in one sitting. lol Also, throw in some chocolate chips for good measure.

Ingredients: 

3 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup oil or vegan margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
