White Bean & Chicken Chili

Ingredients: 

4 cups chopped chicken breast, cooked
4 cups chicken broth
2 (15 oz) cans cannelloni or great northern beans, rinsed
1 (9 oz) frozen white corn
2 (7 oz) salsa verde
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salsa and sour cream, if desired


Mix chicken, broth, beans, corn and salsa verde in large pot. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Top with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
