White Bean Chili

Notes: 

I put this in the crock pot and cook on low
Stir occasionally. Will thicken the longer it cooks.
Serve with nacho chips, corn chips or corn bread

Ingredients: 

4 Chicken breasts
1 Tablespoons oil
48 oz. jare northern beans, undrained
4-8 mild salsa
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1(4.5 oz.) can green chilies


  1. Brown chicken in oil in a 3 quart soup pot, cut into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Add the beans, salsa, cumin, and chilies.
  3. Heat on medium stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese and continue stirring until melted.
